We are expanding our project management team focused on High-Performance Computing (HPC) developments, offering an exciting and demanding opportunity as a Project Engineering Manager. This role involves planning and driving development projects for state-of-the-art HPC products.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish project requirements, scope, and goals.
• Create comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, resource assignments, and risk mitigation tactics.
• Track project progression and performance, identify challenges, and deploy necessary corrective measures.
• Provide clear communication of project milestones and status updates to stakeholders ensuring full transparency.
• Act as R&D's representative in customer interactions, monitor execution against plans, and align with senior leadership on risk management and escalation procedures.
• Mentor and lead team members, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information succinctly and objectively.
• Background in ASIC Design, Verification, or Implementation, preferably digital circuits.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and proficiency managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with project management software, with a preference for MS Project; PMP certification is advantageous.
• Experience with development or usage of third-party intellectual property, ideally digital.
• Proven track record managing semiconductor or ASIC design/verification projects.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of core engineering principles and methodologies.
