Role Overview

We seek a dedicated engineer with a background in electrical and electronic engineering focused on electromagnetics and high-frequency technologies. Candidates with 4 to 7 years of relevant industry experience who thrive in client-facing roles and enjoy addressing practical engineering challenges will excel here. Expertise in simulation software like Ansys HFSS, SIwave, or Q3D Extractor is essential, alongside strong communication skills that simplify complex technical info. The role demands innovative problem-solving, collaboration, organizational excellence, and the capacity to manage concurrent projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical functions throughout the sales cycle, including discovery, product demos, and evaluations.
• Deliver integrated solutions for PCB, package, and system interaction challenges focusing on signal and power integrity, collaborating internationally.
• Participate in external/internal events to promote SI/PI simulation capabilities and aid professional and marketing initiatives.
• Serve as an expert on Ansys products by understanding client design processes and articulating product benefits.
• Collaborate with product teams to turn customer insights into innovative features and validate new releases against industry challenges.
• Provide consulting and conduct training sessions ranging from beginner to intermediate levels to support customers and colleagues.

Candidate Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, specializing in electromagnetics.
• Between 4 to 7 years of experience in high-frequency domains applying simulation tools to practical situations.
• Proficiency with Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Q3D Extractor, or similar high-frequency simulation packages.
• Familiarity with signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), RF, and microwave concepts; basic to intermediate knowledge of SI and PI.
• Adept at software debugging and rapid troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating automated workflows for RF, signal, power integrity, and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) simulations.
• Knowledge of ADS, MATLAB, Python, and CST commercial software packages.
• Hands-on measurement, lab skills, analytical problem-solving, and hardware/system understanding.
