Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager specializing in AI to lead the development and delivery of AI capabilities within our product suite. This role involves owning the roadmap for AI areas such as natural language processing (NLP), data enrichment, agents, multi-cloud platform (MCP) integrations, and associated APIs. You will convert strategic objectives into tangible, commercially viable features that meet high standards of explainability, defensibility, and auditability demanded by our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the AI capability roadmap, prioritizing features that drive customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.
- Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and direct customer engagement to identify needs and refine solutions.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to establish evaluation frameworks ensuring AI quality including metrics for accuracy, explainability, and performance in production.
- Work closely with Engineering and Architecture to integrate AI features natively within the platform, maintaining provenance and trustworthiness.
- Stay current with emerging AI trends such as foundation models, agent workflows, governance regulations, and related technologies to inform product planning.
- Develop strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders to act as a trusted product expert.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption rates, engagement levels, accuracy, and API utilization to guide prioritization.
- Support go-to-market activities including planning and coordinating AI product launches, preparing marketing and sales enablement materials, managing early access programs, and defining launch KPIs.
- Contribute to pricing and packaging strategies based on usage data and customer value insights.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering AI and machine learning products in complex, large-scale enterprise environments, preferably within domains like big data, analytics, cybersecurity, or legal technology.
- Strong understanding of NLP and data enrichment techniques such as entity extraction, classification, and semantic search, including measuring their production quality.
- Demonstrated capabilities in managing commercial product launches with cross-functional coordination and early customer engagement.
- Solid commercial insight with the ability to influence pricing and packaging decisions.
- Knowledge of AI-driven software development workflows and their impact on the product lifecycle.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills enabling collaboration across technical and business teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
Desired Experience
- Hands-on experience with multi-cloud platform servers, agent frameworks, or large language model orchestration in live environments.
- Expertise in deploying AI solutions in regulated or high-scrutiny settings requiring high standards of explainability and auditability.
- Background in investigation, information governance, digital forensics, or eDiscovery sectors.
- Awareness of AI governance frameworks and emerging regulations such as the EU AI Act, and their implications on enterprise products.
