Senior Presales Lead - Remote Position

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Presales Lead responsible for developing compelling proposals and responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs related to custom software development and IT services. This role emphasizes excellent English communication, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of software project delivery methods such as SDLC and Agile frameworks. Collaboration with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams is essential to articulate value propositions, feasibility, and differentiation clearly. The position involves hands-on, strategic work requiring critical thinking and the ability to craft executive-level content that builds client trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive preparation of proposals and RFx responses for IT and software projects.
• Integrate inputs from technical, delivery, and commercial teams into clear, client-focused documentation.
• Compose and refine executive summaries, delivery strategies, value statements, and unique selling points.
• Guarantee strategic positioning, technical validity, and competitive commercial offers in submissions.
• Coordinate proposal timelines, stakeholder feedback, and final delivery ensuring quality and punctuality.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and Sales Executives to reflect accurate delivery approaches and objectives.
• Develop and maintain an inventory of reusable proposal content including case studies and templates.
• Create presentation and sales materials to support presales activities.
• Assist in enhancing proposal development processes, templates, and content databases.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience in IT outsourcing, consulting, or professional services focused on proposal and RFP/RFI creation for software or IT delivery projects.
• Proven capability in drafting and organizing proposals for software development engagements.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Familiarity with various engagement and pricing models such as Time & Materials, Fixed-Price, and Managed Services.
• Understanding of typical project phases including Discovery, Design, Build, Quality Assurance, and Deployment.
• Excellent ability to translate technical and delivery insights into persuasive business narratives.
• Outstanding English language skills with the ability to prepare succinct, executive-focused documents for a global audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
• Experience using project management and collaboration platforms like Jira, Confluence, and Slack is advantageous.
• Knowledge of UX/UI, Artificial Intelligence, or digital transformation concepts is a plus.
