Role Summary

We are seeking a Talent Representative to join our Human Resources team. This role involves reaching out to candidates with diverse profiles required by BairesDev and its clients, engaging them to participate in the company’s selection process. Candidates who are proactive, dynamic, team-oriented, well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, and detail-focused will thrive in this role. Primary Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates through various professional networks.
• Contact and persuade candidates to meet with Talent Acquisition Specialists, confirming their availability and salary expectations.
• Communicate candidate information with the hiring and staffing teams.
• Collaborate with team leaders to prioritize hiring and staffing requests.
• Adapt effectively to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, emphasizing listening and persuasion.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability to ongoing changes.
• Previous experience with online and phone sales techniques is advantageous.
• Knowledge of IT sector headhunting is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
