Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Executive Search team, tasked with identifying and securing top-level leadership talent for both our company and esteemed clients. This position is central to assembling outstanding teams through strategic recruitment and meticulous candidate evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute focused search strategies aimed at sourcing executive and senior leadership candidates.
- Perform thorough interviews and comprehensive assessments to determine candidates’ qualifications and cultural compatibility.
- Oversee salary negotiations and manage the entire offer process for hired candidates.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with both candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment.
- Utilize and expand professional networks to identify premium candidate profiles.
- Analyze industry and market trends to continuously improve talent acquisition approaches.
- Keep detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fully understand and fulfill specific hiring needs.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of experience in recruiting, a mandatory qualification.
- Proficient communication skills in English at an advanced level.
- Previous experience recruiting for the United States market.
- Familiarity and comfort working in fully remote settings.
- Demonstrated competency in negotiation and relationship management.
- Strong skills in candidate analysis and evaluation.
