We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate for our Executive Search team to identify and recruit executive and senior leadership talent, supporting the creation of high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute specialized search strategies to locate senior and executive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to appraise skills and cultural compatibility.
• Guide salary negotiations and oversee the entire offer process for successful candidates.
• Establish and nurture relationships with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and utilize professional networks to source outstanding talent.
• Investigate market trends to continually enhance talent acquisition methods.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate communications.
• Collaborate internally to understand and satisfy specific hiring needs.

Candidate Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment is required.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level with excellent communication skills.
• Background in recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working effectively in remote settings.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and skill in relationship management.
• Analytical mindset with solid candidate evaluation expertise.
