Role Overview
As a Tech Recruiter at BairesDev, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for technical positions, coordinating closely with various teams to ensure successful candidate placements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage open technical job vacancies by selecting and placing suitable candidates within set timelines.
- Screen and filter applicants based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Craft summaries and refine resumes to effectively present candidates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams and relevant stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
