Role Overview
As an IT Recruiter at BairesDev, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle. This involves screening candidates, conducting interviews, and engaging with potential hires to find the best talent that aligns with the company's needs. Strong interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidates' online profiles to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Reach out to candidates through calls, video meetings, LinkedIn, or email to confirm their interest and encourage participation in the hiring process.
- Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, motivation, and cognitive abilities.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process while ensuring accurate and current records are maintained in tracking systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Over four years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT recruitment specifically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
- Capability to build rapport with candidates from various backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Must be based in India.
- Fluent in English at an advanced level.
