Job Summary

This role involves conducting interviews, understanding candidate profiles, and actively engaging applicants throughout the hiring process. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate candidates' online profiles to determine suitability.
- Reach out to candidates via calls, Zoom, email, or LinkedIn to confirm interest and encourage participation in recruitment.
- Conduct interviews assessing qualifications, experience, interests, and logical thinking.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, maintaining accurate system records.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience handling complete recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to connect and build relationships with diverse candidates.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Essential: Experience specifically in IT recruitment.
- Must be based in India.
- Fluent English proficiency at an advanced level.
