Role Overview
The Talent Quality Auditor will ensure consistent and high-quality standards within Talent Acquisition processes. This includes auditing candidate interactions such as calls, interviews, and communications. The role involves reviewing extensive operational activities, assessing performance against standards, identifying risks and improvement areas, and accurately documenting findings. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance processes is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality audits across Talent Acquisition procedures, assessing calls, screenings, emails, and workflow compliance with established scorecards and KPIs.
- Detect performance gaps and recurring issues; meticulously document observations and risks.
- Suggest modifications to auditing frameworks, evaluation criteria, and processes to improve quality assurance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing, or related Quality Control roles.
- Proven experience auditing operational processes and evaluating performance using defined standards or KPIs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
