About the Role
A leading technology-driven company is expanding its cloud platform and seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join its growing engineering team. This role focuses on modernizing the platform, enhancing developer experience, and building scalable, secure AWS cloud infrastructure using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance AWS cloud infrastructure architectures.
- Manage container platforms leveraging AWS ECS and Docker technologies.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions.
- Improve system observability through Datadog monitoring tools.
- Develop self-service platform features to empower engineering teams.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated senior-level expertise with AWS cloud services.
- Strong experience writing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Proficiency in containerization technologies including ECS and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or equivalent.
- Familiarity with enterprise observability platforms like Datadog.
- Practical skills in scripting with Python or Bash.
