About the Role
We are partnering with a growing company to recruit a Senior Reward Partner for a permanent, full-time position based in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. This key role involves leading the organisation’s annual salary and bonus review processes, managing market benchmarking, delivering reward analysis, supporting job architecture, and maintaining pay governance frameworks. You will ensure that reward systems remain compliant, competitive, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver annual salary, bonus, and broader reward review cycles.
- Develop and refine reward strategies, policies, and frameworks.
- Advise senior leadership on compensation, market benchmarking, and reward matters.
- Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive pay.
- Support job architecture development, grading structures, and pay governance activities.
- Provide clear, data-driven reward insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure reward practices adhere to compliance standards and business objectives.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to create commercially effective reward solutions.
- Identify and implement improvements to reward processes, systems, and employee communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in reward, compensation, benefits, or a senior HR role with strong reward responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing salary reviews, bonus cycles, and market benchmarking.
- Experience in developing reward frameworks, job architectures, and pay structures.
- Advanced analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and formulate practical recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership levels.
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to reward strategy.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with HR, payroll, or specialist reward systems.
