About the Role
We are partnering with a prestigious international professional services company seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join their high-performing global reward team in London. This permanent position offers hybrid working arrangements and a competitive package of up to A365,000 plus bonus and benefits.
As a vital member of the compensation function, you will be instrumental in managing complex compensation activities, including market benchmarking, salary and bonus reviews, and reward governance across a diverse international environment. You will work closely with HR, payroll, and HRIS teams to ensure precise and efficient compensation programme delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading annual participation in salary and compensation surveys with accurate preparation, validation, and submission of reward data.
- Performing market benchmarking and pay positioning analyses for current and new roles, providing actionable recommendations.
- Conducting audits and reconciliations of compensation data across HR, payroll, and reward systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Supporting and managing the annual salary and bonus review processes for various business units.
- Creating and reviewing compensation and bonus communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with governance standards.
- Enhancing compensation processes and documentation, identifying opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Generating reward reports, analytics, and management information for HR and business stakeholders.
- Collaborating with HRIS, payroll, and other HR teams on compensation-related initiatives and projects.
- Contributing to global reward programs and facilitating the adoption of compensation best practices company-wide.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in compensation, reward, or remuneration with thorough knowledge of compensation processes.
- Hands-on involvement with annual salary and bonus review cycles.
- Demonstrated expertise in compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and interpreting pay data effectively.
- Familiarity with compensation survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, or comparable market data sources.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate reward data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive in approach.
- Background in professional services or financial services is desirable but not mandatory.
