Senior Integration Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Integration Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and dependable integrations across enterprise systems and external partners. This role involves building Oracle Service Bus (OSB) interfaces, handling WebLogic domain management, and upholding integration standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements to prepare detailed integration designs.
• Create integrations by utilizing Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and SOA Suite technologies.
• Perform WebLogic Server domain administration, including clustering and deployment activities.
• Develop and manage RESTful and SOAP APIs, along with message-driven integration solutions.
• Implement security protocols such as OAuth2, SSL/mTLS, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Monitor OSB processing pipelines and WebLogic server performance, troubleshooting as necessary.
• Set up error handling mechanisms and auditing for integrations.
• Lead integration testing phases and coordinate activities for solution deployment.
• Maintain deployment automation scripts and comprehensive middleware documentation.
• Suggest enhancements to integration governance and operational procedures.
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Support additional related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle OSB and SOA Suite integration development plus WebLogic administration.
• Proficient hands-on expertise with Oracle OSB, WebLogic Server, XML/XSLT transformations, REST and SOAP API development, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and scripting languages such as WLST and Bash.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Oracle SOA, OSB, or WebLogic technologies.
• Previous involvement in government or public sector projects within the Middle East region.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
