Senior Frontend Engineer

Role Overview

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will bring to life the platform's user interface crafted by our UX/UI design team, including enterprise-grade dashboards, role-based access control (RBAC) views, and Arabic interfaces with right-to-left (RTL) support.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate approved UX/UI designs into functional user interfaces.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualization components to support data-driven decisions.
• Apply RBAC principles to enforce UI access restrictions securely.
• Integrate front-end systems securely with backend GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize UI performance to support high-data environments and ensure compatibility across major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox).
• Ensure accessibility standards compliance (WCAG) and implement secure document upload/download processes.
• Achieve performance benchmarks such as 95% of standard UI actions completing under 2 seconds and stable performance with up to 500 concurrent users.
• Adhere to secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) procedures.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by your direct manager.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years experience developing with modern front-end frameworks, with emphasis on Next.js.
• Proven track record designing enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• Experience implementing secure authentication mechanisms including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Skilled in creating responsive and RTL-compatible user interfaces.
• Hands-on experience consuming GraphQL APIs using Apollo Client or similar clients.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments: self-driven, adaptable to shifting priorities, meticulous follow-through, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Effective utilization of AI-powered programming tools like Claude Code to enhance productivity and output quality.
• Preferred qualifications include a portfolio demonstrating Arabic RTL enterprise UI projects.
• Experience with data-intensive dashboarding tools such as Recharts, ECharts, D3, or equivalents is a plus.
