Overview

Join our dynamic product team as a Backend Developer with 1 to 4 years of professional experience. You will play a pivotal role in developing the backend of cutting-edge AI-driven conversational platforms, focusing on scalable APIs, complex data pipelines, and seamless system integrations. Collaboration with frontend, AI/ML, and product teams is key to crafting solutions that enhance user experience and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and maintain resilient backend services and REST APIs primarily using FastAPI.
• Develop and expand backend infrastructure to accommodate real-time conversational AI systems.
• Enhance the performance and reliability of services, algorithms, and data storage solutions.
• Engage with cross-disciplinary teams to design architecture, shape product features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage deployment and operations on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Utilize databases and messaging technologies including MongoDB, Redis, and RabbitMQ to streamline data workflows.
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, maintain documentation, and uphold backend engineering standards.

Candidate Profile

• Between 1 and 4 years of backend development experience, preferably in SaaS or AI-centric fields.
• Proficient in Python programming with hands-on experience in FastAPI or Flask frameworks.
• Familiarity with MongoDB and cloud service environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experienced in version control systems such as Git, and working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities complemented by effective communication skills.
• Bonus qualifications include exposure to conversational AI, natural language processing frameworks, or DevOps tools.
