Primary Responsibilities

• Address highly complex field process issues using systematic troubleshooting and multidisciplinary collaboration, employing statistical methods such as design of experiments (DOE) to rapidly identify root causes and solutions.
• Manage customer demonstrations by defining conditions and interpreting performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with account teams to nurture customer relationships, enhance satisfaction, and bolster technical reputation.
• Support technology development and transfer efforts, including tailored process development and planning process sequences to meet customer requirements; negotiate process specifications and ensure delivery meets agreed standards.
• Act as a domain expert for complex products, guide product strategy, and provide feedback for process and hardware enhancements aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Lead the positioning and introduction of new technologies to customers via technical communication and strategic partnerships during development and manufacturing phases; oversee joint developments and beta testing programs, including delivering executive-level presentations.
• Stay current with technological advances; contribute knowledge by publishing at conferences and in journals.
• Establish strategic alliances to assess emerging technologies and manage collaborative development projects.
