The Senior Data & AI Lead for Resilience Assurance position is a strategic and innovative role aimed at integrating real-time analytics and autonomous AI technologies into the company’s assurance processes. This position leads the evolution from traditional compliance checks toward continuous, intelligent validation that strengthens organizational resilience amidst changing risks.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven systems for real-time validation of compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.
• Create predictive analytic models that identify potential compliance risks, resilience gaps, and emerging threats before they arise.
• Deploy autonomous AI agents to simulate resilience scenarios, continuously monitor controls, and provide actionable corrective recommendations.
• Modernize compliance audits into ongoing, data-centric activities featuring anomaly detection, automated reporting, and forward-looking insights.
• Utilize AI technologies to benchmark and assess organizational resilience maturity and forecast future preparedness.
• Apply intelligent AI evaluation of system architectures focusing on resilience, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
• Introduce AI-based automated control testing to instantly verify control effectiveness, decreasing manual work and improving precision.
• Communicate complex AI and analytics findings into clear, strategic guidance for executives, regulatory bodies, and operational teams.
• Lead development of a 3–5 year innovation roadmap to embed AI within assurance, maintaining leadership in intelligent compliance methods.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive expertise in data analytics involving big data platforms, machine learning, and visualization tools such as Python, Apache Spark, Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Strong proficiency with large language models (LLM), including understanding current models, integration techniques, prompt engineering, and practical use cases (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership in deploying autonomous AI and monitoring systems within compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with resilience and compliance standards like ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and other regulatory requirements is advantageous.
• Technical comprehension of IT architectures, cloud solutions, and resilience engineering principles.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with persuasive, data-driven narratives and insights.
• Advanced certifications related to AI and machine learning are highly valued.
