Responsibilities
As a Senior C# Developer, you will design and implement high-performance, scalable solutions leveraging the Microsoft technology stack and applying SOLID design principles. Collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams following 2-week sprint cycles, you will champion best software development practices and ensure timely delivery. You'll play a pivotal role in introducing and advancing AI technologies within the business, such as chat bots and AI-driven process improvements. In this position, you will work closely with the CTO and have substantial visibility into the impact of your contributions.
Work Location
The role follows a hybrid model, requiring two days each week onsite in the new London office, with the flexibility to work remotely the remaining three days.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Software Developer with strong command of modern development best practices.
- Proficient in backend development using C# and .Net framework; Python skills are advantageous.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and experience building highly scalable systems.
- Solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals including Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, and design patterns.
- Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence technologies, with knowledge of ChatGPT considered a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning capabilities.
- Strong business awareness paired with advanced communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation and Benefits
- Up to £100,000 salary.
- Performance bonus around 20% of the salary.
