About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to join our team in Dublin or Cork. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing scalable software solutions that enable next-generation AI-native applications and enterprise platforms. The position requires strong software engineering skills combined with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The successful candidate will help develop robust systems supporting intelligent workflows, data processing, model integration, automation, and AI-assisted decision processes.
Collaboration with Product Managers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Platform Engineers is essential to deploy and maintain secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions within enterprise-grade environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and sustain AI-powered enterprise applications and services.
- Create scalable platforms that facilitate cutting-edge AI-native enterprise tools.
- Implement intelligent workflows, AI-driven automation, and conversational AI experiences.
- Integrate commercial and open-source Large Language Models into enterprise solutions.
- Develop scalable backend infrastructure for model integration, orchestration, and data processing.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, utilizing Python, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and Blazor.
- At least 2 years of direct experience building, deploying, and supporting AI-enabled applications, including technologies like LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Multi-Party Computation (MPC), Prompt Engineering, and Conversational AI.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-level AI solutions in production environments.
- Proven collaboration skills across engineering, product management, and business teams.
- Experience advancing AI-powered applications beyond proof-of-concept phases.
Preferred Additional Skills
- Familiarity with advanced AI/ML techniques such as machine learning frameworks, statistical modeling, fine-tuning of LLMs, and architectures like RAG/Graph RAG.
- Experience with contemporary cloud services, data engineering practices, including containerization with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Databricks, SSIS, and Power BI integration.
