Job description
Role Overview
At Dell Technologies, our Inside Product Specialists play a critical role by being subject matter experts in the products and services they represent. They provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, advising customers on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability. Their expertise helps deliver tailored technical solutions via multiple communication channels such as phone, chat, web, and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio to support quoting, verifying configurations, and confirming product availability.
- Assist with preparing pricing details and product information for both Inside Sales representatives and customers.
- Offer technical advice to solve complex customer inquiries throughout the sales process.
- Develop foundational competencies in communication, system navigation, and customer service excellence.
