About the Role

Join Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) as a Sales Executive in Mysore, Karnataka, contributing to customer satisfaction and store operations in the retail sector. This full-time position focuses on supporting customers in selecting perfumes and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets effectively.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Exhibit strong work ethics and manage time efficiently.
• Organize promotional materials and in-store visual merchandising.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and store etiquette, including adherence to store hours.
• Assist the store manager with inventory management and stock audits.
• Complete necessary training programs within specified timelines.
• Interact with customers to introduce and explain MYOP perfume concepts.
• Demonstrate products and assist customers in identifying appropriate perfume choices.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper merchandising standards across the store.
• Manage stock requests, receipt, and validation from Head Office.
• Handle customer complaints, escalating to the concerned department when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred candidates are graduates with up to 2 years of retail sales experience in B2C brands; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages essential.
• A passion for sales and engaging customer interactions is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
