Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve established daily and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service.
• Demonstrate strong time management and professional work ethics.
• Create and organize promotional materials and displays within the store.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOP) for the store are strictly followed.
• Adhere to store etiquette and scheduled timings.
• Support the store manager in maintaining accurate stock records.
• Complete all mandatory training modules within the specified time frame.

Key Roles in Sales

• Engage customers visiting the outlet by proactively inviting them inside.
• Introduce customers to the unique concept behind MYOP.
• Demonstrate and explain product features effectively.
• Guide customers in selecting the most suitable perfume for their needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Conduct regular stock audits and prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and checklists.
• Request and validate stock supplies with the head office.
• Manage customer complaints effectively, escalating when necessary to the customer experience department.

Qualification Requirements

• Preferably graduates with a minimum of two years' experience in retail sales, especially with B2C brands.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sales are also encouraged to apply.
• Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is essential.
