About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within NinjaOne's APAC operations, your main tasks will involve researching potential clients, initiating contact, educating prospects, and qualifying leads. Your outreach strategies will include cold calling, emailing, and social networking, all with the goal of scheduling product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop an individual pipeline by generating new qualified leads.
- Identify, engage with, qualify, organize, and monitor leads efficiently.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed core performance metrics such as minimum daily cold calls and emails as set by management.
- Exhibit outstanding consultative cold call techniques to influence and persuade while handling objections with resilience.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in Salesforce, ensuring correct contact details, opportunity forecasting, and effective communication of prospect information.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities relevant to NinjaOne's offerings.
- Perform additional duties as required to support team goals.
Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated to distinguish oneself and achieve success in a competitive environment.
- Energetic, self-driven, thrives under quota pressures, and excels in team settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, keen attention to detail, and strong follow-up abilities.
- Good listening and analytical skills to understand potential client interests.
- Experience achieving minimum call or talk-time goals.
- Effective organizational skills with strong time and workload management capabilities.
- Technical aptitude enabling effective presentation of NinjaOne’s IT management solutions.
- Coachability, eagerness to learn, solid work ethic, and a constructive attitude.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to policies, processes, and prioritizing tasks.
- Bonus Qualifications: Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs, SalesLoft, familiarity selling to IT departments, MSPs, Resellers, or Director/C-Level IT executives.
- No formal degree required.
