Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-value leads, making proactive outbound calls to engage German-speaking restaurant owners about OpenTable's offerings.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Marketing team to design and execute targeted email and direct mail campaigns to attract prospects.
- Ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads to Account Executives while creating strong positive first impressions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system and celebrate collective achievements with the team.
- Occasionally attend regional trade shows and perform market research to increase brand presence.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in both German and English, with professional proficiency in written and spoken forms.
- Highly motivated and target-focused with resilience and ambition to build a strong career in sales.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust, understand client needs, and promote customer success.
- Genuine enthusiasm for dining out, passion for the hospitality sector, and commitment to representing OpenTable with authenticity.
