Role Overview

Join Remote's expanding Sales team as a Sales Development Representative focused on the DACH region, and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing global employment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact by driving sales growth and opening new business opportunities in the B2B SaaS tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads and outbound inquiries effectively.
  • Identify and approach new sales prospects, set appointments for Account Executives.
  • Articulate Remote's unique value propositions clearly while assessing prospect needs for suitability.
  • Support Account Executives when necessary.
  • Educate and nurture prospects, preparing them for the sales handoff.
  • Develop targeted prospect lists and gain access to vital accounts.
  • Conduct cold calls utilizing various external lead sources.
  • Recognize key stakeholders, gather business requirements, and present suitable solutions to initiate the sales process.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven track record in business development using essential sales tools; familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS technology environment.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and engaging phone presence.
  • Capability to think both strategically and tactically, maintaining resilience through criticism or rejection.
  • Demonstrates urgency and self-motivation to meet targets and deliverables through proactive initiative and idea contribution.
  • Fluent in English and German, with strong automation skills and AI literacy.
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Team: Sales.
  • Location: EMEA region.
  • Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.

Compensation Philosophy

Remote values fair and unbiased compensation, offering above local market rates to support global talent hiring ethically. The on-target earnings for this role range between USD 31,500 and USD 70,950 annually, with base salary constituting 70% of this figure. Actual remuneration will be influenced by location, skills, experience, training, business needs, and market conditions. Salary ranges may be adjusted as necessary.
