Key Responsibilities
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's software products and internal workflows.
- Initiate customer demand and identify qualified sales leads.
- Establish and nurture long-term business relationships, identifying new sales opportunities.
- Schedule software demonstrations using various outreach methods including outbound calls, LinkedIn, and emails.
- Receive guidance and mentorship from senior sales professionals on strategies and best practices.
- Effectively manage and monitor your sales pipeline and lead tracking.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualification preferred, though not mandatory if strong commercial acumen is demonstrated.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for a sales environment.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to quickly acquire new knowledge.
- Highly organised and resilient under pressure.
