Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture and home products according to their needs.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales targets consistently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Develop strong customer relationships through in-store interactions, phone calls, and online leads.
• Organize and track customer needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma.
• At least two years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or commissioned roles.
• A confident, goal-oriented approach to sales success.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies.
• Availability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and remain active on the sales floor.
