We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate for our Swift Current, Saskatchewan store located at 145 2nd Avenue NW. The role requires supporting guests in turning their house into a home by delivering outstanding service in a commission-based sales setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively pursue and exceed sales targets with enthusiasm and determination.
• Build strong, guest-centered relationships by offering personalized solutions and next-level service.
• Ensure stock availability during sales and clearly communicate approximate delivery dates to customers.
• Regularly monitor competitors to gather information on pricing, programs, products, and service offerings.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of two years of sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized with the ability to complete assigned tasks effectively.

• Availability to stand for extended hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
