Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout their store visit.
• Leverage product knowledge and design sensibility to guide customers toward furniture pieces they'll cherish.
• Develop meaningful customer relationships that encourage long-term connections.
• Ensure a smooth process from purchase to delivery completion.
• Actively pursue sales targets motivated by your enthusiasm and supported by leadership coaching.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in home décor and design with a desire to help guests create welcoming spaces.
• Completion of high school diploma.
• Preferred experience in retail sales or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Well-organized with a solution-focused mindset.
• Motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented.
• Comfortable with technology and able to learn proprietary computer systems.
• Availability to work typical retail shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
