Role Overview

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture products for their homes
• Achieve or surpass established sales targets
• Maintain current knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitors
• Develop and nurture relationships via calls, digital leads, and in-store visits
• Organize tasks efficiently and ensure follow-up on all guest requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or commission-based roles
• Confident, goal-oriented approach to selling
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and adapting to new software systems
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift approximately 30 pounds and remain active on the sales floor
