Our Calgary store at 88 Heritage Gate SE is expanding, and we're seeking Sales Associates to join our dynamic team.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture products for their homes.
- Achieve or surpass established sales targets regularly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, market trends, and competition.
- Develop and nurture relationships through outbound calls, responding to online leads, and engaging with walk-in customers.
- Organize and manage customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of high school education or equivalent.
- At least two years of experience in sales, preferably in retail or commission-driven environments.
- A confident and goal-oriented sales demeanor aimed at results.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational abilities.
- Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to learning new software systems.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
- Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 30 pounds and remain active on the sales floor.
