Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture products for their homes
• Achieve or surpass established sales targets
• Maintain updated knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Establish and nurture customer relationships through inbound calls, online leads, and walk-in visitors
• Organize and manage customer needs diligently with consistent follow-up

Candidate Profile

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, preferably retail or commission-based roles
• Confident with a strong drive to achieve sales results
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and adaptable to new software systems
• Available to work flexible schedules including daytime, evenings, and weekends
• Physically able to lift weights up to 30 pounds and remain active on the sales floor
