Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be the welcoming face at our Kenora store, guiding guests through the buying journey with expertise and enthusiasm. You will help customers make informed decisions on home décor and furniture that best suits their style and needs while building relationships that encourage repeat visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and partner with customers to provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Leverage your design knowledge to advise guests and help them select the right products.
• Develop lasting client relationships through attentive service and follow-up.
• Ensure a smooth purchasing process from initial sale to delivery coordination.
• Maintain motivation to achieve sales targets, guided by ongoing coaching and support.

Candidate Profile

• Genuine enthusiasm for home décor and a talent for inspiring customers to design inviting spaces.
• Completion of high school diploma is required.
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong verbal communication abilities and aptitude for building rapport.
• Organized, solution-focused with a proactive work approach.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn internal computer systems.
• Flexibility to work retail shifts including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
