Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture and home products.
• Achieve or surpass established sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, current trends, and competitor products.
• Develop customer relationships through calls, online inquiries, and in-person visits.
• Organize and diligently follow up on customer needs and orders.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a high school diploma.
• Have at least two years of sales experience, preferably in retail or commissioned sales.
• Exhibit a confident and goal-oriented sales style.
• Communicate effectively and stay organized.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn new software.
• Available to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and remaining active on the sales floor.
