Role Overview

The Roof Plumber will be accountable for the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofing systems on commercial and industrial projects. Collaboration with site teams, Project Managers, and other trades is essential to ensure safe, efficient task completion aligned with project specs.

Core Responsibilities

• Install and maintain metal roofing systems with precision.
• Carry out inspections and assessments of roof conditions, providing practical recommendations.
• Interpret technical drawings and construction specifications accurately.
• Fit flashings, membranes, and various roofing materials effectively.
• Maintain detailed project-related documentation and records.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and building regulations at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Holder of a trade qualification in Roof Plumbing.
• At least three years of experience in commercial or industrial roofing projects.
• Exemplary attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Capability to read and interpret construction plans thoroughly.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address site challenges.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s Licence.
• Dedication to practicing safe work procedures consistently.
