Role Overview

This full-time, on-site plumber position is located in Brisbane, Queensland. The individual will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems—including pipes, fixtures, and related equipment—across residential, commercial, and civil projects. Daily duties involve diagnosing plumbing issues, conducting scheduled and emergency maintenance, testing for leaks and compliance, and accurately documenting work completed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing systems and components.
• Diagnose plumbing problems and perform troubleshooting tasks.
• Carry out both scheduled and reactive maintenance activities.
• Test plumbing systems to identify leaks and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain clear and accurate job reports and documentation.
• Operate safely with tools and materials on site.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and maintain service quality.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Competence in working with pipes, fittings, and plumbing materials in residential, commercial, or civil environments.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Strong customer service skills with clear and respectful communication.
• Valid trade qualification and licensed plumber status or eligibility for licensing in Queensland.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, building codes, and industry regulations applicable to plumbing.
• Capability to work under varying site conditions independently and manage time efficiently.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with commercial or civil plumbing projects is advantageous.
