Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Retail Support Coordinator to join the Regatta Ireland Retail Support team based in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. This role involves supporting retail and concession store operations across Ireland, ensuring efficiency in administrative functions, stock management, and employee engagement to enhance customer experiences and support sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily operational support to retail and concession teams, addressing stock inquiries, administrative tasks, equipment needs, and resolving operational challenges.
- Oversee stock administration activities including managing stock write-ons, write-offs, and handling discrepancies in deliveries accurately.
- Maintain accurate retail system data including pricing, product information, and account configurations.
- Generate and distribute regular performance and sales reports such as category analyses, outstanding order tracking, and store performance metrics.
- Coordinate team engagement programs, including incentive schemes, recognition initiatives, and internal communications.
- Support showroom functions by preparing product details, marketing collateral, point-of-sale materials, and assist in visitor reception.
- Manage warehouse admin duties related to stock movements, point-of-sale inventory, and processing faulty stock write-downs.
- Arrange travel, meetings, and events ensuring cost-effectiveness and smooth execution.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative, coordinator, or support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently.
- High attention to detail with proven skills in handling data accurately and maintaining rigorous standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, notably Excel.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and accountable approach to managing tasks from initiation to completion.
- Strong communication capabilities, able to foster relationships across diverse teams.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
- Professional demeanor and confidence when liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Flexible and adaptable with resilience to shifting priorities and workload demands.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information with integrity.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between various stores and warehouses as required.
