About the Role

At Screwfix, we place customers at the heart of everything we do. As a vital part of our team, you will support the tradespeople with essential products, ranging from power tools to workwear, piping over 60,000 items across 900+ stores. We value efficient, affordable service delivered with friendliness and expertise.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am - 8pm
• Saturday: 7am - 6pm
• Sunday: 9am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example, hosting in store and providing excellent customer guidance to ensure smooth shopping experiences.
• Maintain store operations including cash reconciliation, handling customer inquiries, ensuring audit compliance, and managing inventory standards.
• Work collaboratively with your team, fostering a positive, fun, and proud workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• Have prior experience as a supervisor or duty manager managing a small team in a busy retail environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that translates into strong sales performance.
• Display curiosity and a commitment to continual improvement.
• Show enthusiasm and passion for Screwfix's business.
• Be approachable, adaptable, dependable, honest, and diligent.
