Logistics Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee the activities of delivery executives, loaders, and supporting personnel. The role involves planning daily shifts, assigning tasks and routes, and ensuring all timing and attendance records are accurately maintained without the need for follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the workforce involved in delivery and loading operations.
• Schedule daily shifts, allocate tasks, and designate delivery routes efficiently.
• Ensure timely login and logout updates from all team members to keep accurate attendance logs.
• Maintain discipline and ensure attendance is properly recorded.
• Track daily operational progress including deliveries, pickups, and load handling status.
• Resolve any operational challenges swiftly to prevent delays and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain performance standards and metrics to comply with SLA requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cluster managers and senior management for smooth operations.

Reporting and Documentation

• Update Management Information System (MIS) reports reflecting daily activities and shift changes.
• Submit reports punctually to higher management without requiring reminders.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation especially for onboarding processes.
