Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Retail Store Coordinator in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role involves leading by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences within a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide and motivate the team, ensuring operational excellence and outstanding store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations focusing on visual merchandising, customer service, inventory processing, and back-room management.
• Maintain superior customer service and operational standards by keeping teams informed and aligned with store goals.
• Organize and prioritize daily activities; coach associates on service protocols and operational procedures.
• Support associate training and development to enhance merchandise display skills and service delivery, fostering a cooperative and improvement-driven team environment.
• Boost the store’s brand appeal by designing attractive merchandise layouts at strategic points within the store.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1-2 years of retail or service experience with a strong understanding of customer expectations and operational workflow.
• Exemplifies teamwork and cultivates positive working relationships.
• Skilled in juggling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic work environment and able to adapt promptly to challenges.
• Demonstrates effective communication and time management capabilities to streamline information flow and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

The position is hourly, with pay ranging from $18 to $22.50 depending on experience, skill level, and regional employment factors.
