Key Responsibilities

• Enhance store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations like merchandising, backroom management, frontline staff, cash office, customer service, mark-downs, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with an emphasis on reducing shrinkage and damages.
• Recruit, attract, and nurture top talent by delivering thorough training and continuous growth opportunities. Act as a mentor to foster a positive team atmosphere that benefits both associates and customers.
• Communicate and execute action plans related to projects, targets, corporate initiatives, and store changes. Contribute to succession planning to fulfill future staffing needs.
• Implement strategies to meet store goals for sales, costs, and customer satisfaction. Manage loss prevention efforts and operational improvements, including optimizing store layout and operational effectiveness.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least two years of retail leadership experience in roles such as Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower substantial teams effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills paired with the capacity to mentor, influence, and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety protocols, and loss prevention, with a focus on executing initiatives diligently.
