Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our team in Cranbrook, British Columbia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals launching their careers or those with prior retail experience to grow with us in a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Perform various duties such as cashier service, managing fitting rooms, supporting backroom operations, and maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the store.
- Engage in training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to reach shared performance goals.

Compensation and Additional Details
The wage range is between $18.25 and $22.81 per hour, dependent on experience and skills. Note this range reflects expected hiring range and actual pay may vary based on multiple factors including local market conditions.
