Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to join our team at Winners in Windsor, Ontario. This role involves leading and inspiring the store team to deliver superior customer experiences in a fast-moving retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions including visual merchandising, customer service, backroom management, and merchandise processing.
• Ensure company standards for customer service and store operations are consistently met through team updates and alignment.
• Organize and prioritize daily tasks, encourage teamwork, and coach Associates on service procedures and policies.
• Train staff on effective merchandise presentation and customer service techniques, fostering continuous team development.
• Create compelling merchandise displays aligned with brand strategy to enhance store appeal and value perception.

Desired Profile

• Possess between one and two years of retail or related service experience with strong understanding of customer needs and retail operations.
• Demonstrate a cooperative and team-focused attitude that promotes positive workplace relationships.
• Capable of juggling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment and adapting quickly to challenges.
• Excellent verbal communication and time management skills for clear instruction and efficient workflow prioritization.
