Position Overview

We seek a Retail Store Coordinator dedicated to leading and inspiring teams to provide excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence across visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing activities.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and smooth store operations through clear communications and team alignment.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee tasks while fostering collaboration and providing training on service policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop Associates in product presentation and customer service skills, encouraging continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Boost the store’s brand image by producing attractive merchandise displays in prominent locations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of retail or service industry experience, understanding customer needs and operational workflows.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented approach promoting positive cooperation.
• Excel in managing multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
• Have strong communication capabilities and effective time management skills for information sharing and task prioritization.
