Job Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator to become a vital part of our welcoming team in Carleton Place, Ontario. This role involves leading and motivating a team to create exceptional customer experiences within a vibrant retail environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive excellence in store operations focusing on visual merchandising, customer service, back room, and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior standards in both customer service and store operations by communicating updates and ensuring team alignment.
• Effectively plan, prioritize, and oversee daily tasks, promoting teamwork and providing training on service policies and procedures.
• Train store Associates in merchandise display techniques and customer service, nurturing a culture based on teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Create appealing merchandise presentations to boost the store’s brand presence and value proposition in critical areas.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 1–2 years of relevant retail or customer service experience demonstrating understanding of customer expectations and daily store operations.
• Exemplifies a collaborative approach to team work, enhancing positive interpersonal relationships and cooperation.
• Capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently and adapting to fast-paced retail scenarios.
• Strong communication and time management skills to ensure clear coordination and prioritization of tasks.

Location and Compensation

This position is based at 430 McNeely Avenue, CAN Winners Store 0539, Carleton Place, Ontario. The hourly wage range is expected between $19.95 and $24.94, with actual pay depending on skills, experience, and local market factors.
