Role Overview

We are seeking a Retail Store Coordinator who will lead and motivate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a friendly, fast-moving environment. This role requires leading by example and fostering a productive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence in store operations including visual merchandising, customer service, back room and merchandise processing.
• Maintain superior customer service standards and operational efficiency by providing clear updates and aligning the team.
• Organize, prioritize, and direct daily tasks while fostering teamwork and training associates on service policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop associates in merchandise presentation and customer service, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Strengthen the store’s brand and value proposition by designing impactful merchandise displays in prominent areas.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 1-2 years of retail or service experience, with solid understanding of customer needs and store operations.
• Demonstrate a team-oriented approach that supports positive working relationships.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, adapting to changing demands.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and efficient time management to facilitate clear information flow and task prioritization.

Job Location and Compensation

The hourly pay range is $19.60 to $24.50, with actual rates potentially higher based on experience, skills, and local labor market conditions.
