Position Overview

We seek a strategic and operational HR leader skilled at harmonizing business objectives with people-centric initiatives. This role fits someone agile in dynamic settings, with solid business insight, capable of establishing scalable HR structures to support rapid growth, operational efficiency, and workforce changes across diverse countries and cultures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and unify Human Resources and Talent Management tactics across several African operations engaged in large-scale client programs within an energetic global services context.
• Act as a strategic HR ally concentrating on building organizational capability, planning workforce needs, managing talent lifecycle, enhancing employee engagement, developing leadership, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.
• Implement scalable HR structures, governance policies, and people-focused strategies fostering a high-performance culture centered on employees, with consistent alignment throughout current and emerging regional locations.
• Collaborate closely with Senior HR Managers and partners across Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, HR Information Systems, Compliance teams, and Business Leaders to boost organizational effectiveness, improve workforce preparedness, and maintain uniform HR service standards regionally.
