Resource Planning Lead

Overview

Join a well-established Saudi group headquartered in Dammam as the Resource Planning Lead within the central PMO. This key role demands an experienced Saudi professional to take ownership of comprehensive resource capacity planning across multiple business units and projects. Acting beyond routine reporting, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, PMO, HR, and Finance departments to enable informed allocation of manpower, equipment, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead capacity planning efforts across diverse projects and business divisions.
• Project manpower, equipment, and budget needs for upcoming periods.
• Detect resource gaps, overcapacity, and avenues for enhanced utilization.
• Assist leadership in prioritizing and redistributing resources amid competing projects.
• Ensure alignment of resources with project timelines, milestones, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with PMO, HR, Finance, and operational teams on workforce and budget strategies.
• Create dashboards and management reports reflecting capacity, demand, and utilization metrics.
• Promote initiatives to boost resource efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and cost savings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national status is mandatory.
• 7 to 10 years' professional experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Planning, PMO or a closely related domain.
• Academic credentials at bachelor's or master's level in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in multi-project resource capacity planning and allocation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making aptitude.
• Experience in designing and implementing resource planning dashboards and management reporting.
• Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders across operational and corporate settings.
• Certifications such as PMP, Resource Management, or Lean Six Sigma are desirable.

Location and Eligibility

The role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, exclusively open to Saudi nationals.

Compensation

The salary for this position is up to SAR 18125 per month, accompanied by company benefits.
